I switch between acrylic paintings and works made out of everyday •
objects. The best I can describe it is non-functional, tangible, trash. Distorting reality on a base level - straws, street signs, drawings of my friends’ dogs and what have you. The work is recognizable for what it is but abstracted so they lose their purpose in the real world. It is meant to be funny and enjoyed, not gawked at.
