Step into a large sandbox and become immersed within a dystopian landscape. Tools, similar to those used by archaeologists, allow
the audience to dig and recover metal figures that occupy the
space. External to the sandbox, a museum-like display showcases information on particular critically endangered Australian animals. The display establishes a connection between the endangered animals, the metal figures, and the role of the viewer.
