Photographs allow us to remember and connect with what would otherwise be an ephemeral experience or interaction. When a photograph is produced, a decision is made about what is worth holding onto while everything else around it is left to dissipate. “It’s Just A Place To Stand” is a body of work that engages with the phenomenological aspects of photography in the form of a diaristic liminal narrative, and serves as a reminder that circumstances are constantly evolving and transforming.
