My art practise revolves around the philosophical underpinnings of religion, and how they impact the living. My projects embody the transient nature of life as well as the haunting reality of mortality. Through found objects, photos connected to fading memories and recorded footage, often of past moments lmed on a phone, a narrative is fabricated and the scene is set. I rely on the lust for life and the seduction of youth and beauty to activate my work. My installations are both symbolic and nostalgic, enticing the viewer to ask questions, to which there may never be answers.
